If there are no cats in France then it must be infested by mice.

There must be mousetraps everywhere.

So cat owners who go there must be careful not to step on one.

Maybe they have special shoes.

Or walk on stilts.

With mousetraps they stepped on attached.

This does not sound practical.

So maybe they tolerate mice?
